- Serve with: a brioche burger bun and a crisp green salad, or Asian slaw
- Preparation: defrost thoroughly and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, or BBQ for 5-6 minutes per side
- Ingredients: prawns, spring onions, Thai red curry paste, coriander, vegetable oil, salt, pepper
