  • Serve with: a fresh salad in the summer, or perhaps buttered greens in the winter.
  • Cooking instructions:  for best results defrost in the fridge overnight – preheat oven to 180ºC, cook for 30-35 minutes until golden brown, ensure the product is cooked thoroughly and piping hot. If cooking from frozen, increase time to 45-50 minutes.
  • How we make it: melt butter and add flour, white wine, fish stock, cream and milk .Season with salt & pepper, cookout and chill. dice fish and prawns, and add to the chilled sauce with the dill and lemon (juice & zest). Top with puff pastry and eggwash.
  • Ingredients: white fish, salmon, milk, smoked haddock, prawns, pastry, fish stock, butter, cream, egg yolk, flour, white wine, Dijon mustard, tarragon, chives, parsley, lemon juice & zest, salt & pepper.
