  • Serve with: a green salad.
  • Cooking instructions: remove the lid and place the tray in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Check food is warmed through and serve.
  • Ingredients: haloumi, aubergine, courgette, red pepper, yellow pepper, potato, tomato, red onion, capers, olive oil, red wine vinegar, mixed herbs, salt, pepper
  • Allergens: haloumi (milk), red wine vinegar (may contain sulphites).
