  • Serve with: Lobster or any fish dish.
  • Cooking instruction: This product is delivered frozen so will have to be defrosted before cooking. Simply pour over half a cooked lobster, fish fillets, or diced fish and top generously with parmesan. Then grill until the fish is cooked.
  • Ingredients: Fish stock, cream, white wine, shallot, lemon juice, grana padano & cheddar cheese, butter, dijon mustard, parsley, chives, salt, pepper.
  • Allergens: fish, cream, cheese, butter, white wine (sulphites), mustard.
