Moroccan Lamb Meatballs
- Serve with: pasta and garlic bread.
- How we make it: soak pitta bread in milk, combine with lamb mince, garlic, parsley, mint, oregano and seasoning, form and then grill the meatballs. To make the sauce, sauté garlic, add chopped tomato and harissa and cookout, then finish with basil, parsley, salt & pepper. Add the meatballs to the sauce and cook again.
- Ingredients: meatballs – lamb mince, pitta bread, milk, garlic, parsley, mint, oregano, salt & pepper. Sauce – tomato, olive oil, harissa paste, garlic, parsley, basil, salt & pepper.
