Thai Red Curry Sauce

Serves 2


  • Serve with: vegetables, chicken or fish
  • Preparation: defrost before use, saute your vegetables, chicken or fish, and then add the sauce –  bring to the boil and then simmer for a further 5 minutes
  • Ingredients: coconut milk, red curry paste, shallot, baby corn, chestnut mushroom, pak choi, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, olive oil, palm sugar, peanut butter, salt, lime juice, fish sauce, lime leaves, soy sauce
  • Allergens: peanut, fish, soya
