Salmon en Croute
- Serve with: our parmentier potatoes, and tender stem broccoli.
- Cooking instruction: this product is delivered frozen, for best results defrost before cooking. Remove packaging and place in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes, and then rest for a further 10 minutes. Gently warm the sauce in a pan.
- Ingredients: salmon, puff pastry, cream cheese, capers, mustard, dill, lemon zest, egg wash, salt, pepper, watercress sauce – (fish stock, double cream, white wine, watercress, spinach, capers, lemon juice, shallot, garlic, salt, pepper).
