- Serve with: crusty bread, and perhaps a little rouille
- Cooking instructions: bring a pan of water to the boil, place the bag in the water, turn down to a simmer and leave for 30-40 minutes. Open bag ,ensure the contents are piping hot and serve, or microwave. Or defrost and then heat in a pan for 5-6 minutes stirring continuously.
- Ingredients: fish, tomato, onion, leek, fennel, celery, fish stock, red pepper, orange juice & zest, olive oil, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, saffron, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper
