  • Serve with: a green salad.
  • Cooking instructions: remove the lid and place the tray in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Check the chicken is cooked through and serve.
  • Ingredients: chicken, aubergine, courgette, red pepper, yellow pepper, potato, tomato, cream cheese, pancetta, capers, olive oil, red wine vinegar, mixed herbs, salt, pepper.
  • Allergens: cream cheese (milk), red wine vinegar (may contain sulphites).
