  • Serve with: our parmentier potatoes and green beans.
  • Cooking instructions: this product is delivered frozen, for best results defrost before cooking. Remove packaging and place in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes, then rest for a further 10 minutes. Gently heat the jus in a pan.
  • ingredients: beef fillet, puff pastry, pancake, mushroom duxelles – (chestnut mushrooms, butter, vegetable oil,  marsala wine, thyme, truffle oil), jus – (beef stock, red wine, shallot, garlic, brandy, thyme, salt, pepper)
