  • Serve with: our parmentier potatoes and green beans.
  • Cooking instructions: this product is delivered frozen – for best results defrost before cooking. Remove packaging and place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes – all sizes. Then turn the oven down to 170°c and cook for a further:                                              10-15 minutes for 2 person, 20 minutes for 4 person, 30 minutes for 6 person – the pastry should be golden brown and the core temperature should reach 45°C. The Wellington should then be rested for 10 minutes before serving.                                        Gently warm the sauce in a pan.
  • Ingredients: beef fillet, puff pastry, pancake, mushroom duxelles – (chestnut mushrooms, butter, vegetable oil,  marsala wine, thyme, truffle oil), jus – (beef stock, red wine, shallot, garlic, marsala, thyme, salt, pepper)
  • Allergens: pastry (gluten, butter, milk), pancake (gluten, butter, milk), celery, egg, butter (milk), red wine (sulphites).
