  • Serve with: mash or roast potato and french beans sautéed in butter.
  • Cooking instructions: bring a pan of water to the boil, place the bag in the water, turn down to a simmer and leave for 40-50 minutes. Open bag ,ensure the contents are piping hot and serve.
  • Ingredients: venison, pork belly, carrots, mushrooms, beef stock, celery, onion, port, smoked bacon, red wine, garlic, tomato puree, butter, cranberry jelly, gluten free flour, vegetable oil, juniper berries, salt, bay leaves, pepper.
  •  Allergens: celery, wine/port (sulphites).
