FISH SOUP

  • Serve with: crusty bread, and perhaps a little rouille
  • Cooking instructions: bring a pan of water to the boil, place the bag in the water, turn down to a simmer and leave for 30-40 minutes. Open bag ,ensure the contents are piping hot and serve, or microwave. Or defrost and then heat in a pan for 5-6 minutes stirring continuously.
  • Ingredients: fish, tomato, onion, leek, fennel, celeryfish stock, red pepper, orange juice & zest, olive oil, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, saffron, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper
  •  Allergens: fish, celery

CHICKEN TAGINE

  • Serve with: couscous
  • cooking instructions:  bring a pan of water to the boil, place the bag in the water, turn down to a simmer and leave for 40-50 minutes. Open bag ,ensure the contents are piping hot and serve.
  • Ingredients: chicken, tomato, chick peas, olives, onion, apricot, preserved lemon, garlic, harissa paste, coriander, parsley, ras el hanout, cinnamon, honey, chicken stock, saffron, salt, pepper.
  • Allergens:

BERRY PAVLOVA

  • Serve with: the one you love
  • Preparation: spoon the whipped cream into the pavlova, and pour over the berries & compote
  • Ingredients: egg whites, sugar, cornflour, white wine vinegar, fruit (blackberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, redcurrant), cream
  • Allergens: egg, white wine vinegar (may contain sulphites), cream
