FISH SOUP
- Serve with: crusty bread, and perhaps a little rouille
- Cooking instructions: bring a pan of water to the boil, place the bag in the water, turn down to a simmer and leave for 30-40 minutes. Open bag ,ensure the contents are piping hot and serve, or microwave. Or defrost and then heat in a pan for 5-6 minutes stirring continuously.

- Serve with: couscous

- Ingredients: chicken, tomato, chick peas, olives, onion, apricot, preserved lemon, garlic, harissa paste, coriander, parsley, ras el hanout, cinnamon, honey, chicken stock, saffron, salt, pepper.

- Serve with: the one you love
- Preparation: spoon the whipped cream into the pavlova, and pour over the berries & compote
- Ingredients: egg whites, sugar, cornflour, white wine vinegar, fruit (blackberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, redcurrant), cream
