Large Carrot Cake
- Serve with: a cup of tea.
- Cooking instructions: serve at room temperature.
- How we make it: mix the caster sugar, veg oil, eggs, flour, cinnamon, bi-carbonate of soda until smooth, add grated carrot and walnuts then bake, allow to cool and ice.
- Ingredients: caster sugar, vegetable oil, carrot, flour, eggs, walnuts, cinnamon and bi-carbonate of soda. For the icing – cream cheese, butter and icing sugar.
- Allergens: flour(gluten), egg, walnuts (nuts), milk.
