At our lastest collaboration with friends Michael Sutton’s Cellars, at Riversbridge, as part of the Dartmouth Food Festival auction prize winners dinner, we put together a five course seasonal tasting menu with wines to match. From our Devon suppliers we served canapes, Devon crab salad, followed by lamb finishing with lemon tart.
