- Serve with: parmentier potatoes, and tender stem broccoli.
- Cooking instruction: this product is delivered frozen – for best results defrost before cooking. Remove packaging and place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for: 30-35 minutes for 2 person, 40 minutes for 4 person, 40-45 minutes for 6 person – rest for 5 minutes before carving with a serrated knife. Gently warm the sauce in a pan, but do not boil.
- Ingredients: salmon, puff pastry, pancake, spinach, butter, tarragon, parsley, lemon zest, egg wash, salt, pepper, tarragon sauce – (cream, white wine, shallot, white wine vinegar, cayenne pepper, white pepper, tarragon).
