A very pretty, invigorating sparkling rosé from South Africa made by the same method as Champagne with the second fermentation in the bottle. Dry on the palate with plenty of complexity having spent 12 months on the lees. Excellent party bubbles or indulgent with cream cakes. Also refreshingly good with seafood and chicken salads.
