Roast Pollack with Pepperonata

  • Serve with: a wedge of lemon and a green salad.
  • Cooking instructions: remove the lid from the tray and place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C  for 25-30 minutes. Check the fish is cooked through and serve.
  • Ingredients: pollack, red pepper, yellow pepper, potatoes, red onion, bread crumbs, butter, parsley, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper
  • Allergens: fish, bread crumbs (gluten), butter (milk), balsamic vinegar(sulphites).
